Ingredients
- 1 cup of orzo
- 1½ cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of paneer, cubed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons of black raisins
Directions
- Cook orzo al dente. Blanch broccoli florets. Combine all ingredients and let sit for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
