Broccoli and Orzo Salad



  • 1 cup of orzo 
  • 1½ cup of broccoli florets 
  • 1 cup of paneer, cubed 
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil 
  • ⅛ teaspoon of black pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 
  • ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger, grated 
  • 2 teaspoons of black raisins 


  1. Cook orzo al dente. Blanch broccoli florets. Combine all ingredients and let sit for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
