Digestive lassi recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup room-temperature water
- 1/4 cup fresh homemade yogurt
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 pinch ground corriander
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Blend for one minute and drink after lunch – at room temperature or slightly chilled.
