Easy, No Fasting, No Restrictions

If you’ve been looking for natural digestive help, this simple, 10-day plan is the perfect place to start. We’re providing you with everything you need to begin this gentle, yet effective at-home Maharishi Ayurvedic mini-detox.
Let's get started!

1

DRY BRUSH

Before your morning shower or bath, dry brush your skin with textured raw silk gloves to gently stimulate your lymphatic system and blood flow, encourage liver detoxification, and reduce the appearance of cellulite. These premium, natural raw silk gloves gently exfoliate without the harshness of a bristle brush.

2

SIP ORGANIC ENERGIZE KAPHA TEA & WARM WATER

Start your morning with a stimulating mug of this zesty, delicious tea to shake off sluggishness and wake up naturally, caffeine-free. We worked closely with Ayurvedic herbalists to create this signature, Kapha-balancing blend of traditional, organic spices. Ginger, pepper, cloves, and cardamom help promote digestion, metabolism, and circulation, while quelling occasional gas and bloating. Turmeric contains antioxidant properties, and saffron supports nutrient assimilation and helps promote detoxification.

TIP:

Finish all liquids before 6 p.m. to avoid late-night trips to the bathroom!

3

TAKE TRIPHALA BEFORE BED

One hour before bed, take 1-3 tablets with warm water. This powerful herbal formula contains three synergistic fruits, haritaki, amalaki, and bibhitaki. Together they promote nutrient absorption, support liver health , help to cleanse the nutritive fluid, blood, muscle, and fat tissue, and promote detoxification. Triphala boosts the digestive fire without overheating. A fourth ingredient, cabbage rose, supports the synergy of the other ingredients, and has a cooling effect that helps with occasional bloating and gas.

EVERYDAY HERO

After completing the 10 day plan your digestion is now on the right track, you should continue taking Organic Triphala Rose. Triphala means 'three fruits’ - Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki and is a powerful Rasayana that enlivens the inner intelligence of mind and body promoting rejuvenation when taken long term. It has a gentle cleansing action on all the body’s tissues including blood, muscle, urinary tract and fat tissue. When it is taken long-term, this cleansing action promotes overall health, immune function and energy.

DAILY DIET TIPS

Support your body’s natural detoxification process by eating a light, warm, nourishing diet with the following recommendations:

Try eating lighter to support your body's detoxification processes.

Have a light breakfast and dinner.

Avoid cold foods and cold drinks, as they dampen digestion and create more digestive impurities.

Enjoy warm, light, cooked foods such as soup as they are easy to digest. Minimize raw foods like salads because they’re harder to digest.

Eat your main meal at lunch. This is when your digestive fire is strongest.

After lunch, drink a lassi. It aids digestion.

Favor fresh, organic foods (high in nature’s intelligence).

Digestion starts in your mouth—chew well, and sit to eat your meals without distractions (phone, T.V., driving, etc.)
