Our products are safe and meet testing limits established by the American Herbal Products Association, but in some circumstances do not meet California Proposition 65 limits for lead. For more information on California Prop 65, please visit www.mapi.com/prop65.
If you sell Maharishi Ayurveda products to customers in California or ship our products to California, you are required to attach our Prop 65 warning stickers to the bottom of all products. We will include the stickers in each outgoing product shipment. Failure to do so puts you at risk of regulatory action and, more importantly, aggressive legal action by those who pursue California Prop 65 litigation.
