Sodium palmate (palm acid), elaeis guineensis (palm) kernel oil, sodium palmitate (palmitic acid), oryza sativa (rice) bran oil, aqua (purified water), sodium hydroxide (caustic soda), cymbopogon nardus (citronella) oil, butea frondosa (flame-of-the-forest) flower extract, mesua ferrea (mesua) flower extract, sodium chloride, curcuma longa (turmeric) rhizome extract, titanium dioxide.
Use as you would your normal body soap.

This is just me, but this worked like magic. I'd heard that balancing doshas should be easy but I never thought simply changing my soap would help so much. I felt a lightness along my skin for the whole day the first time I used it!

This is a fantastic product if you are predominately Kapha, it helps with balancing. It has a nice citrus smell, just like a citronella candle. Keeps skin soft with a glow! ;)
