Organic Clear & Soothe mist is an herbal oil that nourishes the sinuses while supporting your natural resistance to dust, smoke, pollen, and excessively dry air.
Tridoshic: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha balancing.
Organic sesame oil, organic bala (heart-leaf sida).
Spray 2-6 times in each nostril as often as needed. Wipe the nozzle clean after use. Remove cap and screw refill bottle onto existing spray nozzle.

The dry, cold conditions of fall and winter can dry out our nasal passages, setting the stage for imbalances to occur. Adding herbalized oil to the nasal cavity—an ancient Ayurvedic practice called Nasya—is said to strengthen the nose and mucus membranes, and nourish and lubricate the sinuses to help maintain respiratory health.
Clear & Soothe Nasal Spray is crafted with care from organic sesame oil and organic, responsibly sourced bala (heart-leaf sida). The herbs are gathered from pristine, unpolluted areas and grown without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or exposure to environmental pollutants. Once gathered, the herbs are sorted and tested to ensure each batch is of the utmost quality. The ingredients are processed so as to not destroy the natural properties of the herbs (no high heat is used during manufacturing).
