Take 1 tablet twice daily with water for first 15 days. Then increase to 2 tablets twice daily. For pitta-prone individuals, Elim-Tox-O would be a better choice.

which works better for detox. Triphala or this ?
Elimtox will be better for Detoxification, while Triphala is better at improving Digestion.
Is this the main supplement you would recommend taking to specifically cleanse the Colon? Or is there another you would recommend foremost? Thanks!
This is a detoxing product and is generally not used long term. Digest Tone may be a good place to start and deals with all forms of digestion.
