Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule.
Organic Triphala Rose
Organic chebulic myrobalan/haritaki (whole fruit without seeds), organic amla/amalaki (whole fruit without seeds), organic belleric myrobalan/bibhitaki (whole fruit without seeds), organic cabbage rose (flower petal).
Other ingredients: opadry nutrapure (organic maltodextrin, organic sunflower lecithin, organic palm oil, organic guar gum), organic tapioca starch.

Take 1-2 capsules twice a day after meals. Take preferably with a mixture of 1/4 cup yogurt and 3/4 cup water.

From the perspective of Ayurveda, food sensitivities have their origins in an imbalance in the doshas—the mind-body elements responsible for every aspect of your body’s functioning. Within each of the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) are subtle “subdoshas.” When there is an imbalance in Apana Vata (a subdosha of Vata), Ranjaka Pitta (a subdosha of Pitta), and Shleshaka Kapha (a subdosha of Kapha), it can create an environment in the colon that is unfriendly to good bacteria. This combination of imbalances creates a more toxic type of ama, or toxins, known as amavisha—which, in turn, supports less beneficial bacteria. The result is that the body has less resistance to irritating foods. The synergistic formulas in this set aim to address this imbalance and provide a healthy environment for good bacteria.
