Origin

- Key Ingredients
• Hawthorn leaf and flower has recorded use since the Middle Ages. The leaves, flowers, and berries have similar heart-loving properties that support both physical cardiovascular functioning and also nourish the emotional heart.
• Lemon balm is part of a class of herbs called nervines that nourish the nervous system. It creates calm and uplifts the emotional heart.
• Rosehips—fruits of the rose—are rich in vitamin C that help to boost the immune system. They have a tart taste and are used to add flavor to teas, jams, and syrups.
