Crafted according to the ancient Ayurvedic texts, this special nasya oil is made with a base of nourishing, moisturizing sesame oil and goat’s milk. From there, we’ve added more than 25 therapeutic herbs that hydrate and protect the epithelial cells of the nasal tract while supporting your natural resistance against allergens.This nasya oil is also “tridosha shamak,” which means it balances all three doshas—Ayurvedic mind-body energies (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha).
In Ayurveda, the age-old practice of nasya (lubricating the nasal passages with herbalized oil) supports healthy sinuses and so much more. External prana (life force) flows into the body through the respiratory passages. When your sinuses are clear, they’re better able to receive prana, which in turn helps your mind and intellect stay clear and focused.
