What makes Pure Indian ghee unique? The quality of the ingredients, and processing methods. This certified organic, pasture-raised, and grass-fed ghee follows a traditional culturing process to enhance its digestibility.
Before being churned into butter and clarified to produce ghee, the cream is fermented into yogurt. It’s then batch-tested to contain no more than 0.25% lactose, less than 2.5ppm milk proteins (casein and whey), making it a great choice for those sensitive to dairy. It’s also batch-tested gluten free.
