• Add Organic Vata Churna Calming Spice Mix to food during cooking. Keep on the table and add to prepared dishes at every meal. Mix in oil as a salad dressing or sprinkle on popcorn for a gourmet treat.

• Steep 1 tablespoon of loose Warming Chai Digestive Tea in hot, boiling water for 5 - 7 minutes. Strain, and enjoy! Chai is especially delicious with a splash of dairy milk, milk alternative, or creamer.

• Enjoy raw honey as a topping to sweet and savory dishes, or slather it onto a warm slice of artisan bread or other baked goods. It also works as a natural sweetener to your favorite herbal tea*, or straight off the spoon! Do not give honey to infants under 1 year.

*According to Ayurveda, heating honey to high temperatures renders it toxic. Add honey only after your beverage/food has come down to a comfortable drinking/eating temperature.
