Health Professional Pricing

Health Professional pricing varies by product and may provide discounts of approximately 40–50% off retail pricing. Maharishi Ayurveda Products USA, Inc. reserves the right to change product pricing, discounts, and program benefits at any time without prior notice.

Minimum Order Requirement

Health Professional orders must meet a minimum purchase requirement of $350 per transaction to receive Health Professional pricing.

Annual Purchase Requirement

Health Professionals must purchase a minimum of $3,000 annually to maintain active Health Professional status. Accounts that do not meet the annual purchase requirement may be subject to review or removal from the Health Professional Program.

Shipping

Standard shipping rates apply. Orders meeting the applicable $350 minimum may qualify for free shipping within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside the United States.

Resale & Online Sales

Reselling Maharishi Ayurveda products online or through third-party marketplaces is not permitted without prior written approval from Maharishi Ayurveda Products USA, Inc. Health Professional pricing is intended to support qualified practitioners and their professional practices.

Account Documentation

A completed Health Professional Application and current W-9 must be on file to establish and maintain an active Health Professional account. Maharishi Ayurveda Products USA, Inc. may request updated documentation at any time to verify eligibility and maintain Health Professional status. Health Professionals are responsible for providing current and accurate information and documentation when requested.

Program Eligibility

Participation in the Health Professional Program is subject to approval and continued eligibility. Maharishi Ayurveda Products USA, Inc. reserves the right to approve, review, suspend, or terminate Health Professional accounts at its discretion if program requirements are not met.

Health Professional Communications

I agree to receive Health Professional communications, including application status updates and important account-related information.

Communications may include Health Professional program updates, promotional announcements, new product information, educational opportunities, Lunch & Learn invitations, and occasional Ayurvedic education. I understand that I may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time; however, I may continue to receive essential account-related communications.

Agreement

By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Health Professional Terms & Conditions and understand that participation in the Health Professional Program is subject to the requirements outlined above.
