"Over a year ago, I started taking Fatigue Free. I felt very rundown, easily tired, and struggled with my energy levels throughout the day. After a few weeks, my energy levels and sleep quality began to improve. It’s important to note that I incorporated daily exercise, started drinking a cup of hot water first thing every morning, ate healthy food (home cooked meals), and maintained consistent meal times."
