Take 2 tablets three times a day with water. If needed, take two additional tablets at bedtime.

Works, but the number of capsules in a bottle makes no sense at all.

"Product helps with hot flashes unlike the many others my wife has tried, Great news for all concerned. However the packaging makes no sense at all. Label says suggested dosage is Two (2) capsules Three (3) times a day for a total of Six per day. There are 120 capsules in a bottle, so a bottle should last about 20 days. All of the Subscriptions are based on Monthly reorders, making it near impossible to get the needed amount per month unless you order far more than needed. This is unfair to customers."
