Organic cured Sesamum indicum (sesame) seed oil, Cymbopogan Schoenanthus (lemongrass) Oil, Withania Somnifera (ashwagandha) root extract, Minosa pudica (sensitive plant) whole plant extract, Sida cordifolia (heart-leaf sida) whole plant extract, Convolvulus pluricaulis (dwarf morning glory) whole plant extract.

Place bottle in hot water to warm oil. Massage up and down over the long bones, and in a circular motion over the joints. Give extra attention to the feet, hands, and legs. Relax for 10-20 minutes, allowing oil to be absorbed. Then follow with a warm bath or shower. Massage daily for maximum benefit.
