Is this recommended for an IBS flare up?
We cannot speak to whether or not our Triphala Rose would be a suitable aid for IBS. As with any know health condition we suggest you speak to the your personal healthcare professional about what's best for your situation.
Can the Triphala 1000mg tablets be crushed and taken in a glass of water? I find the tablets are to big to swallow. They sometimes don't swallow well even when I cut them with a pill cutter.
