"Although I am a black tea fan and don't particularly like herbal and spice teas, I decided to try a cup of my roommate's Kapha tea-- I noticed that my mouth, which has some sore, lichenoid spots were not as sore when I later had some spicy food and acidic fruit. My mint toothpaste didn't bother me as much also when I brushed my teeth later. This effect is not always consistent, but it definitely helps. I prefer the taste of the tea to the prescription dexamethasone mouthwash."
"I love this tea when I don’t feel as rested when I wake up. It makes me feel more energy from the delicious blend of spice."
