How to use

Take 2 tablets twice daily with water just before meals. continue for at least three months after the desired result is achieved.

"While I bought it to reduce getting up at night, I think taking 2 tablets twice a day stimulated too much detoxing for me (making my issue worse). While I am taking quite a few herbs, I think this recent addition caused that. Since I have tremendous respect for MAPI products, I will switch to two tablets in the morning only and see how that goes."
