This makes a nice tea. It is not necessarily a calming tea but I feel pretty fresh and healthy after drinking it. I think it does do a good job of clearing up the skin. There are also a lot of servings in a package so you get a lot of bang for your buck.
I use this as an add in for the Digest Tea, it is great if you have tummy troubles.
