The Charaka Samhita (an ancient Ayurvedic text) says, “Amalaki (Amla Berry) is the best among rejuvenative herbs.” Traditionally used in Ayurveda for peak athletic performance and recovery, this potent botanical offers myriad benefits, including:

There is just one key ingredient in this single-herb supplement: Amla/amalaki. Amla berry is one of those Ayurvedic plants with a long, celebrated history of supporting health and energy—particularly for those looking for a natural high-performance edge.
The Amla Berry in our formula is prepared according to the ancient Ayurvedic texts and involves a 21-step process at a temperature below 90 °F to maintain optimal potency. This traditional method makes our formula many times more powerful than the fruit itself, or fruit powder. The traditional Ayurvedic processing enhances its potency and increases the natural intelligence of the fruit. We do this without destroying or disturbing any of the berries’ delicate qualities. Amalaki is revered in several traditional Vedic festivals. In the texts of the Puranas, it is referred to as Divaushadhi, which means it is a divine plant, or divine Ayurvedic medicine.
Why divine? One of the properties that makes it divine is that it contains five of the six ayurvedic tastes: sweet, sour, bitter, astringent and pungent. The only taste missing is salty. This mix of flavors gives it a holistic, balancing effect on the doshas. Very few fruits have this quality.
That is the beauty of this fruit: it is tridoshic, which means that it is pacifying to all three doshas. It is good for all seasons, all weather conditions, and all body types.
