"I've been taking this product for about a month now. I've gone from two tablets daily to 3 and may move up to 4 (2 tablets twice daily). I can't explain adequately how wonderful Shatavari has been for balancing my moods, which I attribute to how the herb works to balance hormones in our body. I've tried Rejuvenation for Ladies, which was OK, but this is what my body needed.
