I drink this tea several days a week because I have seasonal allergies which cause my nose to run. It seems to help with this problem even though it is not an illness. It is very pleasant tasting and soothing.

This tea is fantastic for a stuffy nose or bronchial irritation. It’s better than a decongestant. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as I don’t like the flavor. I have to add lemon to it or brew it with another tea.
