Purified water, Chebulic myrobalan/haritaki (whole fruit without seeds)*, Indian tinospora (stem)*, Ginger (rhizome)*. Other ingredients: Sodium benzoate. *extract

Take 3 teaspoons of syrup with 10 teaspoons of warm water twice a day, as an addition to the daily diet.
