Keep things moving! This USDA organic blend of premium cold-milled flax seeds and psyllium encourages healthy gut bacteria, and supports elimination and natural detoxification.
This high-fiber duo supports elimination and internal cleansing—naturally! Simply mix with water before bed.
• Cold-milled flax seed keeps nutrients intact and helps to extend shelf life.

Organic psyllium (seed hull), Organic flax (seed).
Mix 2 tsp. into 12 oz. of warm or room-temperature water, every night or every other night before bed. Stir briskly and drink quickly before it thickens. Follow with additional water if needed. Can be taken with Organic Digest Tone (Triphala Plus). Refrigerate after opening.
