Organic psyllium (seed hull), Organic flax (seed).

Mix 2 tsp. into 12 oz. of warm or room temperature water, every night or every other night before bed. Stir briskly and drink quickly before it thickens. Follow with additional water if needed. Refrigerate after opening.
