Organic cured seasamum indicum (sesame) seed oil.

Place bottle in hot water to warm oil. Massage up and down over the long bones, and in a circular motion over the joints. Give extra attention to the feet, hands and legs. Relax for 10-20 minutes, allowing oil to be absorbed. Then follow with a warm bath or shower. Massage daily for maximum benefit.
