Joint & Muscle Soothe is a traditional Ayurvedic formula that balances excess Vata in the physiology, especially in the joints and muscles. It supports detoxification deep within the tissues to support healthy joint and muscle flexibility. It also nourishes the various dhatus (tissues) in the body and promotes a healthy skeletal and neuromuscular system. Additionally, the herbs in this formula are traditionally used to promote a healthy respiratory system, aid healthy weight balance, and help maintain healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels, already within a normal range. The herbs in Joint & Muscle Soothe are combined in precise proportions and prepared in the traditional ayurvedic way. This aids the bioavailability of vital nutrients. VEDA 2240 Joint Plus---It makes a diffierence!

"I began using Veda2240 in Jan 2022 (previous to that I had been using JointSoothe massage oil). There is a history of arthritis in my family (from my (maternal) Swedish grandmother, who could hardly walk at the end of her life). My mother (her daughter) also had enlarged hand joints and took pain medication for the discomfort. I also had enlarged hand joints as early as my late 30's so I was preparing myself for the worst. Since using the above-mentioned ayurvedic products (I also use Pitta and Vata teas), there has been no progression in my hand arthritis and even some improvement. As a result, I'm a believer!"

I've read in reviews that some people take both Osteo Relief & the Joint/Muscle formula....is it okay to take both? I'm not sure which one I need.

Taken along with Alma Berry, how long before one feels the benefits? It's been three weeks and not feeling any better. Would I be better off, trying Flexcel and or Joint Soothe ll? Thanks G
