Help calm your mind and emotions

Do you have a fast-paced schedule? Maybe you do a lot of focused mental work? In a demanding situation, this delicious, minty tea will give you an extra boost. Worry Free Tea helps balance and calm your mind, emotions, brain, and nerves.

The exotic colors and heady aromas of spices can elevate an ordinary dish into a sublime feast for the senses of sight, smell, and taste. What's more, most spices also come with therapeutic properties, so every meal that includes spices can become an experience in enhancing health and well-being.

Ayurveda, the ancient system of healing from India, has been singing the praises of spices as "wonder-foods" for thousands of years. Spices are ingredients in many synergistic Ayurvedic herbal formulations, and an Ayurvedic expert, when giving you advice, is as likely to recommend specific spices to include in your diet as to suggest herbal supplements for you to take.

As we shelter-in-place during the global pandemic, we are often reaching for soothing drinks. The calming effects of this worry-free tea is being enjoyed by the entire family, including my non-tea-drinking husband

I had no idea before taking this what it would do, but I felt my brain settling down in a very structured way, the fog cleared, and I slept better than I have in months, maybe a year. I woke up refreshed and ready to go. I thought it might be a coincidence so I tried it before bed the next night (which was in many ways worse than the first night) and voila, same thing, slept like a log, woke up ready to take on the world. Your mileage may vary given your level of stress, but I'm surprised at how well this worked for me, going in with no expectations (which I suppose would've heightened my excitement, making me come down from a greater height). Amazing stuff from Maharishi Ayurveda, as usual
