Digestive lassi recipe
Ingredients
1 cup room-temperature water
1/4 cup fresh homemade yogurt
1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch ground coriander
1 pinch salt
Directions
Blend for one minute and drink after lunch – at room temperature or slightly chilled.
