- Water and meat from one young coconut
- 2-3 Medjool dates, pits removed and chopped roughly
- ⅛ tsp. ground cardamom
- Blend all ingredients to a smooth purée. It's better to use a powerful blender, like the Vitamix or similar, since dates are hard to blend.
- Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
