The Spring Sunrise Story
Deeply passionate about health, wellness, and quality products, in 1992 John and Christina Revolinski decided to start a natural foods business as a way to supplement their income. When their young son Donald brought his artwork home from school titled “A Spring Sunrise”, they knew they had the perfect name for their business. Years later, their son would join the team as a managing partner.
Now, their small home business has scaled up to a solar-powered production facility where they have expanded their product offerings while remaining true to their sustainability standards and traditional Ayurvedic production methods and values.
Eco-Friendly Production Process
At each step, Spring Sunrise practices eco-conscious production. They partner with sustainable farms that respect and nurture their cows, allowing them an all-natural diet of fresh green grass. In their organic kitchen fully powered by the sun, they cut their carbon footprint. All their materials are meticulously thought through; they’re committed to plastic-free packaging. Spring Sunrise ghee and honey are produced in glass jars with metal lids, and shipping materials are 100% recyclable.
Shop Spring SunriseTraditional Ayurvedic Techniques
Spring Sunrise respects and adheres to the ancient Ayurvedic processes of ghee-making. They understand their ghee is only as good as the quality of the butter it starts from; it's important their cows lead a pastured, natural life.
In their organic kitchen designed according to Vedic, supportive principles, the grass-fed butter is slow-cooked in small batches for many hours to ensure all the water is evaporated and the separation process of milk solids and golden oil is complete. Their consistent care and quality can be tasted in every jar of their delicious golden ghee.
