Organic Calming Pitta Tea:
Place one tea bag in one cup of boiling water and steep for 2-5 minutes. Enjoy with lemon, sweetener, or milk to taste.

The synergistic formulas in this set all balance Pitta dosha. In my experience (personally and observation-ally), once Pitta goes out of balance, it's a Herculean task to get it back into place, and it has to be done very gently. This set achieves that, and the special pricing made me recommend it to a friend without hesitation, to great results.
