Fenugreek Poultice
Fenugreek is a super spice popular in both Ayurvedic cuisine and home remedies. It’s warming qualities help balance Vata and Kapha dosha, both of which can contribute to issues with your joints and bones in excess. Apply this simple poultice to the area of concern to soothe sore, stiff, or swollen joints.
