Raise a glass and toast with loved ones! These champagne-inspired mocktails combine the nutritive-rich winter tonic, amla berry and and the adaptogenic root, ashwagandha, to make your cocktail a seasonal holiday elixir as prized as champagne.
Makes 2 glasses
6 oz sparkling apple cider
4 oz amla berry juice (white grape juice or other juice can be used if not able to source)
½ dropper alcohol-free ashwagandha tincture (dosage should be adjusted per brand, use as directed)
A couple pieces of candied ginger or 1 oz ginger juice or syrup
Sprigs of fresh mint or rosemary (optional)
Add all ingredients to cocktail glass, starting with ashwagandha, and amla juice.
Top with sparkling apple cider, pieces of candied ginger and garnish with herbs.
Serve immediately. Enjoy.
