- 1 romaine lettuce
- 1 mango
- 1 avocado
- 2 teaspoons of ginger preserve
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice of ½ lime
- Salt and pepper
- Wash and cut lettuce into small pieces. Cube mango and avocado and mix with lettuce.
- Mix the ginger preserve, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over salad and toss it gently.
