Serves 11-2 cups organic whole cow’s milk, or unsweetened almond milk
1 Slumber Time® Tea bag
Optional: 1 teaspoon raw organic honey, or to taste
- Slowly heat the milk or milk alternative and the Slumber Time® Tea bag in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, and then remove the pan from the heat.
- Cover with a lid, and steep for 2-5 minutes. Discard the tea bag.
- Optional: Once the tea has cooled slightly (warm, but not hot to the touch), stir in the honey*.
Creamy, sweetly spiced, and minty.
