A favorite addition to my bedtime routine, especially with a good book and a soft blanket or after a warm bath. Love to combine this with the sleepytime tea and sleepytime aroma oil. Helps me fall asleep quickly and easily, keeps me asleep, and I wake up fresh.

I love it plain, but I really love it in warm milk. I buy raw milk and lightly simmer it and steep this tea in it. The best way to relax before going to bed! Drink it 30 min. before going to bed. Yum!

Slumber Time is a great warm drink for settling you into a sleepy state. Though this statement might sound demeaning: It’s a real yawner! Honestly, though, it never fails to make me feel drowsy in a gentle way. There is absolutely no residual effect in the morning. I love the taste. The only “negative” thing I might add applies to any tea consumed just before bedtime. After drinking a cup, I often need to get up in the middle of the night to visit the bathroom.
