Ingredients
- ¼ cup popcorn kernels
- Fine salt
- ½ teaspoon ghee
- 2 teaspoons Organic Vata Churna
Directions
- Make popcorn using your method of choice
- Pour the popped popcorn into a mixing bowl to cool. (Leave any unpopped kernels behind in the pan.)
- Melt the ghee in a small saucepan.
- Immediately pour melted ghee over the popcorn.
- Lightly salt the popcorn to taste.
- Sprinkle Organic Vata Churna over the popcorn mixture.
- Stir the mixture well.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
