Top your meal with a small glass of this digestive Lassi. 


Ingredients 

  • ½ cup of organic full-cream yogurt 
  • 1½ cups of water 
  • Sea salt to taste 
  • 2 pinches of dry ginger powder 
  • 2 pinches of roasted cumin powder 

Directions 

  1. Take the yogurt and blend with the water, salt, ginger and cumin. Pulse a few times. Pour and enjoy. 

Again, remember, avoid too cold or too sour!
