Take 1 tablespoon of Darjeeling Green tea, in an 18 oz teapot. Boil the water at a slightly lower temperature than black tea - somewhere between 150° F and 160° F. Leave to brew for 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to develop. Strain the tea into your cup. Drink without milk.
