Aqueous herbal extract (50 %) from: Roselle flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa), chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita), fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), spinach leaf (Spinacia oleracea). Fructose syrup. Mixture of fruit juice concentrates (12 %) of: orange, water, mango, carob extract, lemon, apple. Magnesium gluconate, calcium gluconate, magnesium salts from citric acid, calcium lactate, thickener: locust bean gum, zinc citrate, natural flavors, vitamin D (as cholecalciferol).

Take 30 ml (mark on cap) daily, preferably in the morning. May be diluted with water. Shake bottle before using.
