New to Ayurveda, I bought this and another book. This one has ingredients I typically keep on hand, it is very well laid out. There are simple recipes for those new to Ayurveda or who are busy and don't have much time to cook. And there are recipes for making an exquisite meal for those special occasions as well! It doesn't include prep and cook time though, so I gave 4 stars. It is my primary recommendation for anyone new to an Ayurvedic lifestyle.
